Delivery & Pickup

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. We insure each order during transit. Upon delivery, you (or the person accepting the package) must sign for the goods. After signing, responsibility for the item passes to you. If the recipient is not the original buyer, you accept that their signature confirms delivery and transfer of responsibility.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return most items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. To initiate a return, please use the return form included with your order or contact our customer service at service@mail.rsbtmd.com for a replacement form.
