Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of our hardware tools. You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of receipt (subject to actual delivery date) under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The wrong item was shipped (does not match the order).
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products that have been used (e.g., power tools that have been powered on).
- Items with worn or damaged functional parts or accessories.
- Items with missing or severely damaged original packaging that affects resale.
- Other items identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Any item not in its original condition.
How to Apply
- Personal Reason Returns: Within 7 days of receipt, email our after-sales service center with your order number, name, and phone number. We will respond within 1–3 working days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Quality/Defect Returns: Within 7 days of receipt, email service@mail.rsbtmd.com with the same details. We will respond within 1–3 working days. Return shipping costs are covered by us.
- Refund Process: After the returned item is received by the courier, we will process your refund within 15 working days.
